Small Business Goal Setting

As business owners we want to achieve goals - those accomplishments are what keeps you moving forward. I encourage you to set goals no matter how small or large they may seem. Once you see you have accomplished a goal - there is a great sense of satisfaction.

In this document you will jot your goals, make a plan of action, and set a date to accomplish or complete each goal. When meeting your set date do not be so harsh yourself if you are unable to meet the goal. Instead, revise your plan and get to work.
